Q: When will I receive an order confirmation?
A: You will receive an order confirmation the second you process your order on the site. From there, we will fulfill your order and let you know when it is set to ship.

Q: I'm unsure about sizing on an item, Where is your sizing chart?
A: There is a link to a Size Chart located on the main page. If the sizing differs from what the size chart size, then it will be noted on the item. If you have more questions, please e-mail us at shopsavvytx@yahoo.com

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Most items will ship within 24 hours, but our stated time for all shipments is 1-3 business days.

Q: I am having trouble placing my order through the site, what should I do?

Q: How do I change something on my order after it has been processed?
A: Please contact us directly at shopsavvytx@yahoo.com

Q: Will I have to pay sales tax on my order?
A: All customers having a shipping address in the state of Texas must pay the state taxes.

Q: Where are your in-store locations?
A: Our shop is in High Street Antique and Design Mall in Plano, Texas.

Q: Why am I receiving e-mails from Savvy?
A: At Savvy, our goal is to keep you as up-to-date as possible with our products and sales. If you choose to not receive e-mails, please let us know.

Q: I want to buy something but my size is currently out of stock, what should I do?
A: Please send us an e-mail (Shopsavvytx@yahoo.com) and specify the item and your size.  We will see what we can do about getting you one!

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We certainly will ship internationally, however the shipping cost will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Q: Do you accept returns, and what is the process for that?
